Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Midgewa.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns, Refunds and exchange.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to return for a replacement/refund. You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all labels and packaging intact. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will do our very best to process your return, exchange or refund as swiftly as possible, as soon as your item is received back with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was delivered to you faulty or the incorrect item was shipped to you. Shipping costs are non refundable. You must obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Incorrect item.

If we have sent to you an item that wasn’t what you originally ordered then please contact sales@midgewa.com and we can advise on the return of the item for a replacement. Postage for this will be covered by us if it was our error.

Faulty item.

If you believe the item you have received is faulty then please get in touch with us immediately. sales@midgewa.com
